Division Determination: 

League age is based on the current year Little League BASEBALL Age Chart  or SOFTBALL AGE CHART.

Required Documents:

Original and copy of birth certificate,
Proof of Residency (can use school enrollment (Form) OR 3 documents proving home address is within ACLL boundaries)
Medical Release Form.
