How many hours do I need to fulfill to be eligible for reimbursement of the volunteer fee?
Families must complete a total of 8 hours. Grab a friend and each complete 4 hours towards your family's hours!
What roles are eligible towards the required volunteer hours?
Volunteer credit is granted only for roles explicitly listed on an official event sign-up form. Eligible opportunities include, but are not limited to, Field Days, Opening Day, the Ballpark Bash, and the Fireworks Booth. If a role is not listed on a formal sign-up sheet, it is not eligible for credit.
What roles are not eligible?
Volunteer credit is only available for roles explicitly listed on the official event sign-up form. Tasks performed outside of these listed positions - such as operating the scoreboard or managing music - do not count toward mandatory volunteer hours.
How do I fulfill my volunteer hours?
We'll email, and post on our website and Facebook page, a link to the sign-up sheet.
Sign-ups are currently open for upcoming field days, and sign-ups for other events will become available in order of events.
How do I submit my volunteer hours?
Each time you complete hours, submit them here: 2026 Volunteer Hours Reimbursement Form. This form is also linked under the Volunteers page on our website.
Attention team managers, assistant coaches, scorekeepers, and team parents*
No need to submit for reimbursement!!!
Signing up and being approved for these roles (assigned to them in the system) automatically reimburses the fee.
