Arcade Creek Little League

Welcome to the 2025 Minor TOCs Hosted by Arcade Creek Little League

We are located at 4848 Cottage Way in Carmichael.  Parking is available on the street or the parking lot accessible via driveway off Cottage leading towards the school. Street parking is limited, please be courteous of our neighbors and park in appropriate spaces only.  We have been known to have visits from parking enforcement on occasion.

It will be hot!  Please plan accordingly with ice towels or cooling devices to avoid overheating. We will have water stations at each dugout to help supplement players.

We will be using 2 fields- Mullins Field (closest to snack bar) and the Minors Field (closest to parking lot).

Third base dugout will be the home team, flip of the coin determines the home team.

Infield warm ups are to start 1/2 hour before game time and be completed 10 minutes before game time, each team being given 10 minutes, visitors first.

There will be a PA system and opportunity for each game to have an announcer.  We encourage family members, who normally help with their team, to sign up to volunteer.  We need announcers, scorekeepers, scoreboard operators, and more!
Sign-up HERE!

We will have a full snack bar of ACLL favorites (burgers, hot dogs, bacon ranch tots, Chili Cheese fries, Frito Boat, Loaded Carnitas Nachos, fried zucchini, jalapeno poppers)! Kona Ice will also be on site-remember, a portion of their proceeds come back to the league!

There will be a 50/50 raffle at the end of the 1st inning for D5 and the 3rd inning for ACLL. Bring some dollars and try your luck while supporting our district and league *CASH ONLY.

Some of the not so fun things to cover:

Please leave your pets at home.  No alcohol or smoking/vaping on property.  We are on school property and these are Little League rules, in general.

Loud Cups and noise makers are NOT permitted at Arcade Creek LL facilities for TOC.

There is zero tolerance against any type of harassment towards coaches, players, or umpires.

Coaches and Manager: No cell phones to be used except a couple exceptions; to look at a rule using the rulebook app, or if your job requires you to be “on call” which you must inform the umpire at the plate meeting.

We look forward to some great baseball and family fun!

Thank you!

2025 District 5 TOC

All Divisions:

  • Coin toss will determine home and visitor designations and should take place 1 hour before scheduled start. A manager or coach from each team needs to be present.

  • Each team will use a continuous batting order. (CBO)

  • Please have all 4 copies of the lineup at the plate meeting. Every extra player, leave the position blank.

  • Each team will submit a paper roster at the rules meeting on 5/27. Roster will include first and last names, jersey # and all three eligible coaches. Max 15 players. No duplicate names on rosters.

  • Pool players are to be submitted to DA Liz by 5/28.

  • If pool players are used, the max is two and it is only to get to nine players.

  • Teams may use a “courtesy runner” for pitcher and/or catcher with two outs. Pitcher or catcher of record. Last batted out is the courtesy runner.

  • The batter must remain in the batter's box. See Exception Rule 6.02c.

  • All protests must be resolved before the next pitch/play.

Any protests go to the umpire first for resolution, then to the TD and then to D5 staff, if required.

  • Please report all pitching, catcher and defensive changes for mandatory play.

  • 4.04 - The batting order shall be followed throughout the game unless a player is substituted for another. Substitutes must take the place of the replaced player’s position in the batting order except as covered by Rule 3.03. A league may adopt a policy of a continuous batting order that will include all players on the team roster present for the game batting in order. If this option is adopted, each player would be required to bat in his/her respective spot in the batting order. However, a player may be entered and/or re-entered defensively in the game anytime provided he/she meets the requirements of mandatory play. NOTE 3: Local League Option: When a league permits teams to start and play games with eight (8) players, the Board of Directors will determine if an out is called for the ninth (9th) position in the batting line-up each turn at bat or if the team may skip over the ninth (9th) position without penalty.

  • Coaches wear khaki shorts or pants. Matching color shade for all adults. (No jeans, cargo pants and/or shorts, no athletic shorts, no baseball pants.)

  • Team shirts tucked in.
