Arcade Creek Green (Majors) wins the Hergert Fall Ball Classic 2-0 vs. Carmichael Little League What a game!

Fall ball can be an absolutely crazy place with games patched together with pool players, lots of……. umm… players learning to pitch resulting in some wild scorelines!

Not today, however! A pitcher’s duel broke out, with the score knotted at 0-0 through 4 innings. In the 5th, Arcade Creek was able to take a walk and move the runner over to score, adding another run for good measure to make the score 2-0 going into Carmichael’s last ups. They were unable to put anything together and Arcade Creek held on for the win.

We know that Coach Kyle was smiling down on us today. It meant a lot to us to take this one home in his honor. Hats off to our opponents for an amazing well-played fall ball baseball game.

Thank you so much to everyone who played, visited and spectated, had some tasty treats from the snackbar, and contributed to this amazing community that is little league baseball.

That is what coach Kyle was all about. Building community through sharing our love of the game of baseball.
